Job Title: Technical Customer Support Tier 1

Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated bilingual (Spanish-English), customer-oriented Tier 1 Technical Customer Support Specialist for an onsite, office-based position. The primary objectives of the Tier 1 Technical Support Specialist are to develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all HydroPoint products (including WeatherTRAK, WaterCompass, and Baseline Product lines) to provide exceptional support to HydroPoint customers, distributors, and specifiers. A successful candidate will quickly identify customer needs, provide timely solutions, and communicate those solutions to maximize customer satisfaction.

This position is located in our Boise, Idaho office, part of Baseline, Inc., a subsidiary of HydroPoint Data Systems, Inc. This is a temporary opportunity.

This entry-level position involves coordination with internal departments, subcontractors, and direct interface with various stakeholders.

Job Title: Project Manager 1

Position Summary: Our Professional Services Project Manager 1 is responsible for assisting with implementing turn-key installation and customer support projects. This includes scheduling, coordination of subcontractors, tracking project status, and documenting and reporting issues and status. This position includes direct interface with internal departments including sales, inside sales, Customer Success, and customers and sub-contractors. The Project Manager will work closely with a Senior Project Manager on all aspects of the Job.  

The right candidate will have extraordinary attention to detail and ownership of personal tasks, a strong ability to communicate, excellent time management skills, and a desire to learn and thrive in the fast-paced environment of a growing company.  

This is an entry-level position. The intent of the Project Manager position is to sufficiently master the HydroPoint Project Management process and eventually grow into a full Project Manager position.
